Painting selected for the American Society of Marine Artists 14th National Exhibition 2008
Opening May 15 in Wilmington, Delaware and will travel for sixteen months.
I witnessed this scene after a storm at Pemaquid Point. As the winds subsided the vast stretches of violent waves suddenly changed to a rhythmic series of gentle rolls allowing the resplendent sky to reflect on the ocean using a wondrous palette of gold and scarlet.
